Our extensive knowledge of building codes and ordinances and our deep understanding of the issues at hand give us a unique ability to communicate our clients’ needs to local planning and approval boards. We are also leveraging our deep expertise in student housing, a project type in which design and programming directly contribute to the success and social fabric created by its tenants. The steel module components can be stacked, due to their innate structural capabilities. This allows us to build significantly more units, ensuring that the project obtains maximum incentives available under the various local and state affordable housing incentive programs. The project uses modules sized 8’ x 20,’ minimizing impact on costs linked to transportation issues and maximizing construction efficiency.
