The continuing care residential community provides 289 independent living units, 70 assisted living units, and a 59-bed skilled nursing facility in three distinct, yet unified buildings. A total of four private outdoor courtyards provides safe walking paths where assisted living and skilled nursing residents can proceed at their own pace. All architectural elements on site are tied together through a coordinated palette of colors, materials and styling. 

Highlights of the facility include a 60,000 SF commons with formal and informal dining, an indoor/outdoor cafe, a full business center, a library, a theater, a fitness and aquatic center, a general store and a day spa. The project aligns with a growing trend of locating senior communities in close proximity to universities, hospitals, and in this case, a high-end shopping mall.
