A decorative sunscreen, to be designed by local artists, is planned for the main entrance to the building. The Community Center will offer various spaces that can be used by the community for gathering, civic meetings, arts and sustainable education. This multi-purpose room also provides senior residents with a gathering space for indoor exercises, wellness programs, as well as additional social gathering space.
The community courtyards with sycamore and palm trees have been integrated into the design to provide a safe haven for seniors to exercise, socialize and enjoy outdoor living.
