Steinberg Hart, together with GPI Companies and Build Group, today announced the topping out of 9001 Santa Monica Boulevard, a four-story residential project in Los Angeles, California.

Located on active Santa Monica Boulevard on the former site of Hollywood’s famed Palm Restaurant, the project consists of thirty-seven units, eight of which will be affordable units. The project includes ground-floor retail, a restaurant, and a lobby located above two levels of subterranean parking. Various luxury amenity spaces include a fitness center, a pool deck, and landscaped outdoor terraces and living areas. All units are designed to capitalize on the natural Southern California light, as well as provide expansive views. The 133,000 SF project is now slated for completion end of 2021.
