Steinberg Hart is signatory to AIA 2030 Commitment, and we have adopted 2030 Challenge to reduce greenhouse gas emissions through high performance sustainable building design. Through our efforts, we aspire to steer the building industry’s move toward Carbon Neutrality by the year 2030. Nearly half of our staff currently have accreditations in one or more green building certification systems, and by the end of 2022, we have a firm-wide goal to have 100% of our staff be accredited in one or more sustainability accreditations. Steinberg Hart's in-house sustainability team, CoLab, runs climate analysis, parametric energy modeling, daylight simulations and renewable energy analysis to inform our designs during conceptual and schematic design phases.
