To promote community engagement, the design includes meeting and reading rooms with an array of seating choices and malleable furniture layouts. Each space is a reflection of the city’s culture, from the “Dover Den,” a casual inter-generational spot for movie-watching, to the “Living Room,” a quiet, adult area overlooking a roof garden and the Capitol beyond.
