Sean Rosebrugh will be attending the 2018 InterFace Student Housing Conference in Austin, TX. The tenth annual conference brings together student housing professionals and top industry players.

It’s going to be an active SCUP Pacific Regional Conference for our team! On Monday, Andrea Stalker will be co-leading a session about active learning spaces while sharing lessons learned from our University of North Dakota, School of Medicine and Health Sciences and Whittier College, Science & Learning Center projects. Sean Rosebrugh, Kim Patten, and Rob Barthelman will also be attending the annual conference in Los Angeles. UCLA, Hitch Student Residences will also be featured as part of a campus tour on Tuesday.

Katia McClain will be serving as a panelist for Building Bridges, How Architects and Designers Work Together. At the discussion in Burlingame, ASID CA Peninsula Chapter will be bringing together an expert panel of architects and interior designers.

We are proud to be a co-sponsor for ENCOMPASS: Inclusive Architecture, an AIA|LA conference to promote greater diversity and inclusion in the architecture profession. David Hart, Kim Patten, Simon Ha, and Michael Miller will be attending the one-day event that is being held at the California African American Museum in Los Angeles.

Sean Rosebrugh will be attending CMAA Southern California Chapter’s Breakfast of Champions in Los Angeles. The discussion will feature guest speakers, UCLA Associate Vice Chancellor Peter E. Hendrickson, AIA, and UC Irvine Assistant Vice Chancellor Brian Pratt, AIA, DBIA, LEED AP, who will lead a discussion about capital program updates on their respective campuses.

David Hart will be participating in the Fisher Center for Real Estate & Urban Economics’ 2018 Spring Policy Advisory Board meeting. The UC, Berkeley Fischer Center for Real Estate & Urban Economics conducts research on real estate, urban economics, the California economy, land use, and public policy in support of the Center’s mission to educate students and real estate professionals.
