In 2020, the crisis of a global pandemic and the subsequent foregrounding of ongoing injustice suffered by BIPOC communities created an inflection point for Silicon Valley. Firms reckoned with the many inequalities present in both the communities we serve and in our own professional practice, and these events created a wave of increased awareness and affected revolutionary actions throughout the world, our nation, and our community.

Steinberg Hart Principal Katia McClain and Designer Jakky Figueroa joined a panel representing four firms of four scales, engaging in a candid conversation for AIA Silicon Valley.
