June 9th, at the occasion of the AIA National Conference, our firm’s 70th Anniversary, and in celebration of our AIA California Firm Award win, San Francisco’s Managing Partner Asheshh Saheba, CEO David Hart, Rob Steinberg, and our entire San Francisco team welcomed nearly 150 clients, partners, collaborators and friends to our studio at 98 Battery Street in the heart of the Embarcadero neighborhood of San Francisco at a celebratory Open Studio evening.
The event featured image boards, slideshows, video content and material palettes that toured guests through a selection of our latest work out of the San Francisco office, including the Bei Hotel, 4101 3rd Street, Miro Towers, and Tasman Coterie, as well as our work firmwide, and introduced them to our amazing team designing the projects.
The event capped off a week of conference events, including the Texas Tech University Alumni Reception, also hosted in Steinberg Hart’s San Francisco office, the prior night. The firm’s Harvey Mudd College McGregor Computer Science Center team, represented by Partner and Education Studio Leader Kim Patten and Design Principal Mike Miller, was honored at the AIA National Design Awards Ceremony for their Education Facility Design Award of Excellence win. Finally, the firm’s office was also showcased in the AIA National Conference event schedule as part of Friday evening’s Open Studio Tours, which featured selected firms in each neighborhood throughout the city and brought conference-goers to our office.
Thanks to all who joined us to celebrate!
