In homage to the glamour of Los Angeles, metallic spandrel and polished stainless steel panels skin the facade to create shimmering transitions from day to night. The 24-story building will stand 240 feet above street level and feature 2,000 SF of retail space. In addition to community outdoor amenities, select units will feature expansive private exterior space to connect the interiors to the outdoors. Designed to attract an array of city dwellers, unit floorplans range from studios to three-bedrooms, in addition to townhouses and penthouses.
