The community features four floors of residential and common space with such amenities as a courtyard, resident lounges, community rooms, private and public decks, and landscaping throughout. This development is complemented by two Steinberg Hart-designed projects: Altaire, three acres of townhomes and flats at 901 San Antonio Road, and the Taube Koret Campus for Jewish Life, a nine-acre development comprising assisted living for seniors, a recreational facility, and a community center. Together, these entities transform the formerly abandoned site into an exciting new pedestrian-oriented, mixed-use, mixed-income community offering a dynamic array of recreational, educational, and other services available to both residents and the greater community.
