Asheshh Saheba, Managing Partner leading the Development Studio, has over three decades of experience as an architect. His work strives to connect the creation of spatial concepts and occupation to the craft of construction.

Having practiced in cities across the US and internationally, he brings a unique design aesthetic that is influenced by a global perspective. In addition to being a member of the AIA, Asheshh is an active and engaged member of his community. He is currently serving as a commissioner on the City of Alameda's Planning Board. He holds a Master of Science in Architecture Studies with a concentration in Architecture and Technology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and obtained a Bachelor of Architecture with Honors from the University of Texas at Austin.
