Jim McLaneAIA, LEED AP, USGBC
Mr. McLane is an accomplished architect who has experience with a wide range of building types including educational, civic, and cultural facilities. After graduation from UC Berkeley, Jim practiced architecture in San Francisco until 2008 before moving to Southern California. Jim’s passion for historical renovation projects has allowed him to design many national and international notable projects and even the invitation to be a visiting Assistant Professor at the University of Oregon. His technical expertise in design, construction documents, and project management has enabled him to be an effective problem solver and lead many project teams to successful design resolutions. As a diverse architect, Jim applies only the highest standard to his designs, project team, and professional relationships.
In his spare time, Jim is active in his local community, presently serving as Chairman of the South Pasadena Cultural Heritage Commission. He has coached soccer and baseball, and he is an active cyclist.
