Joseph SionRA, LEED AP
As an Associate Principal, Joe is a licensed architect with thirty years of experience, almost entirely with higher education projects. He has managed significant projects at numerous university and community college campuses. He was also responsible for the successful completion of the UC Santa Barbara School of Environmental Sciences Management, the first science laboratory project that achieved LEED Platinum certification.
As an experienced architect and project manager, Joe is well versed in all aspects of planning, design and construction, and in acting as the primary client contact and responsible party for realizing the project vision within the allowable budget. He is committed to effective collaboration with each client, project stakeholders, and the construction team to evaluate project delivery options and the most effective solutions for all parties.
