Raquel P. BitoAIA, NCARB
Raquel Bito has over 20 years of professional experience. She enjoys the intersection of design, management, and the technical demands of a project. The triangulation of all three is what she finds most challenging about the profession. Raquel’s breadth of experience ranges from planning, entitlements, conceptual design, and spans through construction administration. She believes in the idiom, “the devil is in the details”; and finds it gratifying to see a project that started out as an idea come to fruition in its execution and built form.
Establishing solid client relationships and creating a strong partnership and team throughout the design process is key to a project’s success. Raquel serves a number of our projects, including Museum Place, Railyard, and Santa Clara Agrihood. In addition to her architectural experience, Raquel has experience in commercial and residential real estate —working in the acquisition, management, and sale thereof.
