Sami is an architect and project manager who believes that the collective past experience of the team forms the foundation for new creative methods and innovative solutions for improved outcomes. With a Masters in Design Studies, Project Management and Real Estate Development from Harvard University, Sami delivers powerful results that are driven by his vast experience overseeing sophisticated projects. Throughout his career, Sami has managed designs from concept to implementation, strategy, and master planning for iconic projects including the $10 billion Marsa Zayed in Aqaba, the most significant development in Jordanian history, Point Loma Nazarene University’s Science Center and Prescott Prayer Chapel, and the 22-story, mixed-use, LEED-certified Shift Apartments tower in San Diego’s East Village Arts District. A well-traveled designer, Sami engages with local professional communities when working overseas. In addition to being an AIA member, he is a member of the Jordan Engineers Association and the UAE Society of Engineers.
Sami spends time outside of the office with his family exploring art, music, and photography. He is a painter, sculptor, guitarist, and digital artist who finds inspiration in his children’s approach to creativity.
